第一条
Article I
本法令在二相乐园全境具有执行力。
This decree shall be enforced throughout the territory of Planarcadia.
第二条
Article II
本法令自其颁布之日起在二相乐园全境施行。
This decree shall be enforced throughout Planarcadia from the date of its promulgation.
第三条
Article III
本法令仅适用于将来,无追溯效力;唯涉及总则第六条者例外。
This decree shall only apply to future cases and has no retroactive effect, except for matters concerning Article VI of the General Provisions.
第四条
Article IV
本法令约束二相乐园境内所有居民,包括:人类、智械、幻造种、及其他据各公约可被视为自然人之居民。
This decree applies to all residents within Planarcadia's jurisdiction, including: humans, Intellitrons, imagenae, and other residents who may be considered natural persons under various conventions.
第五条
Article V
有关个人身份与权利的法令,适用于与星际和平公司关联的一切实体和个人,即使其居住于二相乐园之外。
Laws concerning personal identity and rights shall apply to all IPC entities and personnel, even those residing outside Planarcadia.
第六条
Article VI
一切私人协议不得违反本法令,不得违背星际公认之公序良俗。
All private agreements must not violate this law, nor contradict the public order and morals of the cosmos.
第七条
Article VII
凡有诉讼,涉及二相乐园境内居民之权利,其判决不得与本法令之规定相悖;涉及公序良俗,以该诉讼陪审团之共识为准。
In all legal proceedings involving the rights of Planarcadia residents, judgments must not contradict the provisions of this decree; regarding matters of public order and morality, the consensus of the trial jury shall prevail.

第八条
Article VIII
凡本法令第四条所述之居民,包括:人类,智械,幻造种,互相平等,享有一切由星际和平公司保障之权利。唯遭刑罚限制者除外。
All residents mentioned in Article IV of this decree, including humans, Intellitrons, and imagenae, are equal and enjoy all rights guaranteed by the Interastral Peace Corporation, except for those restricted by criminal penalties.
