In the early Cindearth Age, as the Antimatter Legion bore down with overwhelming force, a faction of escapists seized the moment and boarded starships bound for deep space, vowing to preserve the legacy of Benzaitengoku. During this time, many friends from beyond the sky came to Planarcadia, attempting to rescue the Old World trapped within the painting, but all returned empty-handed. Here, we extend our gratitude for their selfless efforts.

琥珀历2155纪，一艘逃离古弁才天国的飞船幸运地抵达了新伦蒂尼恩——星际和平公司旗下的工业星球。船长向当地总督描绘了家乡的存在与困境，后者立刻产生了浓厚的兴趣，遂上报至市场开拓部总部。

In 2155 AE, a ship that had escaped from ancient Benzaitengoku was lucky enough to arrive at New Londinium, an industrial planet under the IPC. The captain described the existence and plight of their homeland to the local governor, who immediately took great interest and reported it to the Marketing Development Department headquarters.

Worlds Reborn Initiative

「诸世界重建计划」是一项由星际和平公司主导的大型工程，旨在向多个受反物质军团摧残的世界伸出援手。该计划致力于从画中打捞、复原烬土纪元前的遗产，将二相乐园打造成属于全宇宙的文化乐园。

The "Worlds Reborn Initiative" is a large-scale project led by the Interastral Peace Corporation, aimed at extending a helping hand to multiple worlds ravaged by the Antimatter Legion. The initiative is dedicated to salvaging and restoring pre-Cindearth Age legacies from paintings, transforming Planarcadia into a cultural paradise belonging to the entire universe.

抵达二相乐园后，公司代表亲自进入画中世界，与画中居民进行了亲切友好的交流，并传递了以下信息：毁灭的威胁已经过去，公司愿意提供协助，带领二相乐园走向崭新未来。

Upon arriving at Planarcadia, the IPC representative personally entered the World in Canvas and held cordial and friendly exchanges with the residents, transmitting the following information: The threat of Destruction had passed, and the IPC was willing to provide assistance to lead Planarcadia toward a brand new future.

在市场开拓部的主导下，经由多个部门，以及本土民众的通力合作，画中的居民成功回归现实世界，回到阿哈与琥珀王的荫蔽之下。源于朋克洛德的以太编辑技术，在打捞与世界重建过程中发挥了重大作用，与骇客们的友好关系极大地推动了幻造技艺的发展。同时，幻造的原理也反哺到了以太编辑当中，促进了以太灵等新兴技术的诞生。

Under the leadership of the Marketing Development Department, and through the joint efforts of multiple departments and local residents, the inhabitants trapped in the paintings successfully returned to the real world, back under the protection of Aha and the Amber Lord. Aether editing technology from Punklorde played a crucial role in the salvage and world reconstruction process, and the friendly relationship with the hackers greatly advanced the development of imagenesis. At the same time, the principles of imagenesis fed back into aether editing, promoting the birth of emerging technologies such as Aether Spirits.

Planarcadia is a vital component of the Interastral Peace Corporation's pan-cosmic marketplace, under the complete jurisdiction of the IPC.

有别于古老的传统，作为二相乐园的法人代表，首席执行官的任命并不取决于「幻月游戏」的结果，由公司指定，对全体居民及对应管理部门负责。初代首席执行官由市场开拓部的麦斯威尔·格兰特担任。基于星际和平公司的长远战略规划，随后两个琥珀纪内，该职位的任命权，以及二相乐园的产业管理权逐渐从「市场开拓部」向「战略投资部」和平转移。

Unlike the ancient traditions, the appointment of the CEO, the legal representative of Planarcadia is not determined by the outcome of the "Phantasmoon Games" but is instead designated by the IPC, with accountability to all residents and the corresponding management departments. The first CEO was Maxwell Grant from the Marketing Development Department. Based on the Interastral Peace Corporation's long-term strategic planning, the authority to appoint this position, as well as the management rights of Planarcadia's industries, gradually and peacefully transferred from the Marketing Development Department to the Strategic Investment Department over the following two Amber Eras.

首席执行官主要负责把控二相乐园发展，执行公司的指导计划，以娱乐产业为主体，带动文明复苏，旨在为公司创造更多经济价值，推动民众的「欢愉」与宇宙的「存护」。在幻月游戏举办时，首席执行官需监管游戏期间的各种事项，保障公司财产与民众安全。若出现重大失误，首席执行官将可能在任期内受到检举与追责。

The CEO is primarily responsible for overseeing Planarcadia's development, executing the IPC's directive plans, and using the entertainment industry as the driving force to revive civilization, all with the aim of generating greater economic value for the IPC and advancing the "Elation" of the people and "Preservation" of the universe. During the Phantasmoon Games, the CEO must supervise all matters related to the event to ensure the safety of IPC assets and the public. Should any major mishaps occur, the CEO may face accusations and be held accountable during their term.

新时代的生活与幻造

Life and Imagenesis in the New Era

正如《寰宇人权宣言》所述，「所有智慧生命都应平等地享受自由」。将二相乐园纳入泛银河市场后，公司便积极推动社会改革，为幻造种赋予人权。如今，随着《灵物保护法》等文件出台，幻造种已是和人类同等地位的智慧生命。

As stated in the Universal Declaration of the Rights of Sentient Beings, "All sentient lifeforms shall enjoy freedom equally." After integrating Planarcadia into the pan-cosmic marketplace, the IPC actively promoted social reforms to grant human rights to the imagenae. Now, with the enactment of documents such as Faekind Protection Act, the imagenae have become sentient beings with equal status to humans.

Under the influence of programs like Interastral Peace Entertainment, works from other planets are appearing more and more frequently in people's lives. The love for emerging elements such as mechs has formed a unique Wishpower, giving birth to modern imagenae like mechatrons. A better, more tolerant era is unfolding before our very eyes.
