儿子近来可好？希望他的病情有所好转。

How has our son been? I hope his illness has gotten better.

我的症状还在恶化。为了安全起见，我们近期还是不能见面。

My symptoms are still worsening. So, for safety concerns, we still can't see each other for the time being.

我已经找到了一份工作，应该足够维系我们一家的生活。

I've found a job that should be able to keep our family afloat.

我从小体质就强过别人，就算生了病，他们的力气也比不过我。你不用为我担心。

I've always been sturdier than others, ever since I was a child. Even when I become sick, I'm still strong. So, no need to worry about me.

照顾好我们的孩子，也保护好你自己。

Take good care of yourself and our kid.
