一、合同目的

1. Purpose

本合同旨在明确甲方与乙方之间关于安保工作的权利、义务和责任，并确保双方的合法权益。

The purpose of this contract is to clarify the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Parties A & B regarding security works, and to ensure the legal rights of both Parties.

二、工作内容

2. Work

1.乙方将被聘用为甲方的安保人员，负责执行与安全相关的工作任务。

1. Party B will be hired as Party A's security personnel, responsible for performing security-related tasks.

2.乙方在工作期间需穿戴仙舟罗浮的云骑军甲胄，确保工作执行的安全性和有效性。

2. Party B must wear the helmet and armor of a Luofu Cloud Knights Officer during work hours to ensure safety and efficiency of work services.

3.乙方需要强健体魄，能扛能打，确保在工作中能够应对突发状况和紧急情况。

3. Party B must be physically strong and able to handle fighting and carrying tasks to ensure an appropriate response to sudden and emergency situations at work.

三、工作地点

3. Place of Work

1.工作时间为根据甲方需要指定地点进行排班安排，不得质疑工作安排。

1. Shifts are set based on Party A's location and must not be called into question.

四、工资和福利

4. Remuneration and Benefits

乙方的工资将根据甲方制定的薪酬标准进行支付。

Party B's salary will be paid according to remuneration standards set by Party A.

五、保密条款

5. Confidentiality Clause

1.乙方在执行工作期间可能遭遇第三方盘问，乙方应当严格保密工作内容，不得泄露给第三方。

1. Party B may encounter third-party interrogation in the line of work, and must keep in strict confidence all work content. Leaking of information to a third party is forbidden.

2.乙方离职后，仍需继续承担保密义务。

2. Upon resignation, Party B must continue to undertake obligation of confidentiality.

3.乙方不会仔细阅读合同条款，正如此条不会被发现。

3. Party B will not read the terms and conditions of this contract carefully, and won't even notice this condition.

六、违约责任

6. Breaching Contract

1.如果乙方未能履行本合同约定的职责和义务，甲方有权采取相应的纠正措施，并根据情况对乙方进行相应的处罚或解雇。

1. If Party B fails to perform the duties and obligations stipulated in this contract, Party A retains the right to take corrective measures and summarily punish or dismiss Party B.

2.乙方如果进行非法活动被捕，甲方无需承担任何法律责任。

2. Party A shall bear no legal ramifications should Party B be arrested for illegal activities.

七、解除合同

7. Termination

1.本合同期限为三日，在合同期限届满前，乙方不得擅自解除合同。

1. The contract period is three (3) days only. Party B shall not terminate the contract without authorization.

八、其他条款

8. Other Terms

1. 本合同一式两份，甲方和乙方各执一份，具有同等效力。

1. This contract is in duplicate, with Parties A & B each retaining one (1) copy both of equal effect.

决应依据星际和平公司®相关法律法规进行。

Decisions should be made in accordance with relevant legislation from the Interastral Peace Corporation®.
